We chose 100% Hawaiian coffee beans that are fun to drink compared to the Ka’u and Kona region of Big Island, the Kauai region of Kauai Island, and the Waialua region of Oahu.

When brewed in hot boiled water, the coffee looses its fine aroma and becomes bitter. On the other hand, if brewed at low temperature, bitterness will be less, but the aroma of the coffee and taste will be weak and will miss the benefits.
Pour a small amount of hot water first to wet the ground coffee and let it sit for about 20 seconds. Next, pour the rest of the hot water little by little on the ground coffee. Try not to pour on the edge of filter as much as possible. If you finish pouring hot water, raise the drip bag.

About 50 cc hot water is poured and steamed for 20 seconds, Add the remaining 130 cc hot water and enjoy!
